Book Case 4
- Description
After another success you have been assigned to work with a company that teaches seminar type classes to local businesses.
Dr. Klein has collected surveys from attendees at each of the seminars that have been taught but has never systematically evaluated the surveys to determine if there are trends that may show useful information. In order to provide a higher quality service Dr. Klein would like to know the actual results of the surveys rather than just what he thinks they say. To enable you to do this he has sent you the compiled survey results.Your boss gives you additional verbal instructions.“Dr. Klein is very smart. Don’t think you will be able to do something slipshod. Make this the best work you have ever done. This could be a big new account for us. I’m relying on you to help the company grow.”
